What you’ll achieve:

As an **OEM Solutions Sales Undergraduate Intern** , you will develop and apply workplace knowledge, building toward a specification in sales and marketing. Key focus areas will include sales lead distribution between partners and sales operations as well as establishing a tracking process through available sales tools. You will learn how OEM Solutions partners with customers and resellers to innovate and deliver unique hardware, software and services solutions. You Will:

+ Partner with support organizations to learn operations and sales tools including Salesforce.com

+ Engage with sales managers and team members to learn selling motions and best practices

+ Develop organizational behavior skills and establish corporate workplace ethics

+ Cultivate effective communication skills and executive presence

+ Manage project(s) that will impact revenue growth to the business

Essential Requirements

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

+ Strong assessment, judgement and organizational skills

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

+ Presentation skills

+ Pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Sales or a related field with an expected graduation date of **December 2026** or **May 2027** and ability to join the internship program on **June 1, 2026**

Desired Requirements

+ Marketing or sales experience

+ Able to manage time and prioritize effectively ; demonstrates an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay for this position is $30.75 per hour.
