Primary Care NP or PA Opportunity - Flexible 4.5-Day Schedule

**Dignity Health Medical Group -** Sequoia (https://www.dignityhealth.org/bayarea/locations/sequoia) is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Primary Care team in Belmont, CA.

Compensation/Benefits Include:

+ Guaranteed salary: **$140,000 - $148,000** per year, depending on experience

Job Requirements

+ Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

+ Valid and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

+ Active DEA registration number

+ BLS and ACLS certification

+ 1+ years of recent relevant experience preferred
