Medical Assembler - Weekly Pay!!
Shifts:
+ Monday-Thursday: 7:30pm-6am ($18.40/hr)
+ Friday-Sunday: 6am-6:30pm ($17.60/hr)
Job Description
I am seeking quality candidates to work as an Assembly Technician who will produce Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. As an Assembly Technician, you will ensure the safe execution of production processes by closely following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints or drawings related to assembly, material handling, equipment operation, and packaging.
Responsibilities
+ Manufacture and assemble products in a production environment according to product blueprints and manufacturing drawings while adhering to company SOPs and WIDs.
+ Operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package, and inspect products.
+ Utilize tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.
+ Adhere to all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
+ Ensure products meet quality standards through cooperation with upstream and downstream stations, mutual inspection, and timely error reporting.
+ Accurately document tasks in the Production Control Documents (PCD).
+ Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S.
+ Collaborate effectively as part of a manufacturing team and assist in training and mentoring co-workers.
+ Focus on personal development through proactive completion of training.
Essential Skills
+ General production knowledge.
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and assembly processes.
+ Experience in medical device production and assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow cleanroom PPE protocols.
+ Capability to work on feet for the majority of the shift.
+ Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment requiring specific PPE such as a bunny suit, hair net, gloves, and booties on shoes. Ability to lift 25+ lbs is necessary. Shifts include Monday-Thursday and Friday-Sunday with varying hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
