    Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description

     

    Join our team in a small yet dynamic company that specializes in producing paper products, including coasters and toppers for the hospitality industry. As a Machine Operator, you will engage in all phases of production to ensure products meet customer specifications.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up various types of machines for manufacturing paper products.

    + Operate machines and adjust tooling as necessary, using hand tools to loosen bolts and install or adjust new tooling, some of which weigh up to 75 pounds.

    + Ensure the correct products are being made according to customer specifications.

    + Assist in packaging tasks, including pulling products from the conveyor line, inspecting, packing, and stacking boxes that may weigh up to 32 pounds.

    + Drive a sit-down forklift to help load and unload trucks.

    + Maintain excellent attendance.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operating and setup.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Experience in packaging.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Understanding of hydraulics or pneumatics is a plus.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Motivated and dependable.

    Work Environment

    Work in a small printing company focused on producing coasters and cup toppers for the hotel and restaurant industries. The environment is fast-paced and involves repetitive tasks, with typical working hours from Monday to Friday, totaling around 40 hours a week.

    This is a Contract position based out of Parkesburg, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
