Job Title: Production Manager** **Job Description
As a Production Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading and managing production teams, ensuring efficient labor and resource allocation to meet production goals. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and foster a culture of engagement and performance excellence.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage production teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and motivating team members to maximize productivity and quality.
+ Ensure labor efficiency and resource allocation (people, equipment, and materials) to meet production goals.
+ Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.
+ Mentor, coach, and develop employees to foster engagement and performance excellence.
+ Meet and maintain safety, quality, and production metrics across the Mesa site.
+ Monitor and enforce quality control processes to ensure all products meet established standards.
+ Investigate and address production or quality issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions.
+ Generate regular performance reports, including productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics, for management review.
+ Lead the implementation of new production lines to support capacity expansion and product innovation.
+ Promote and apply Lean manufacturing methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
+ Identify opportunities for process optimization and oversee implementation of improvements to drive operational excellence.
+ Provide input and recommendations to enhance electrical and control panels production processes.
+ Troubleshoot panels unit performance issues as required.
+ Support engineering and production teams with technical expertise in electrical, control, and automation.
+ Work closely with engineering, inventory control, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability and minimize waste.
+ Align with cross-functional departments to support operational and organizational goals.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership with proven expertise in electrical panels.
+ Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical panels.
+ Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
+ Demonstrated success managing production teams and achieving operational targets in manufacturing.

The role is based in an indoor, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
