Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Alexandria, VA. In this role, you will work in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.

+ Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency.

+ Conduct repairs on machinery and conveyer systems.

+ Assist with PLC troubleshooting as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Strong mechanical skills.

+ 3-5 years of relevant experience.

+ Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with electrical or PLC systems is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a food manufacturing environment focused on frozen croissant production. This third shift position runs from 10 pm to 5 am, with the possibility of working 5 or 6 days depending on production demands. No certifications, medical requirements, or PPE are necessary for this role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alexandria, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
