Job Title: Visual Inspector
Job Description
Join our In-Row Heat Exchange department as a Visual Inspector where your keen eye for detail will ensure product quality and safety. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP, as well as the ability to navigate different work cells efficiently. You will be responsible for data entry, taking and uploading product photos, and identifying discrepancies in photo evidence. Your role will also involve editing and updating check sheets and SOPs, monitoring and addressing quality issues, and assisting with audits as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Perform visual inspections of products, components, or materials using the human eye and tools like magnifying glasses.
+ Enter data accurately and efficiently into company systems.
+ Capture and upload product images to company systems.
+ Identify and report discrepancies in photo evidence.
+ Edit and update check sheets and standard operating procedures.
+ Monitor and escalate quality issues as necessary.
+ Enter material and finished product holds into QA Notify emails.
+ Assist in audits when required.
+ Work alongside the production team, including some Saturdays.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Experience with SAP.
+ Strong data entry skills.
+ Experience in manufacturing quality, quality assurance, production, and quality control.
+ Ability to perform visual inspections and recognize defects.

Work Environment
Work in an extremely temperature-controlled manufacturing facility with potential growth into a 3 million sqft campus. The role requires wearing composite shoes. Initial training will be on the 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, transitioning to the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM after training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
