    Shipping & Receiving Associate – 2nd Shift

    Shift & Pay

    + **Schedule:** 2nd Shift | 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM

    + **Pay Rate:** $20.35 per hour

    Your Role

    + Consistently apply **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** in all activities.

    + Represent our mission and values in everything you do.

    + Adhere to **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** without exception.

    + Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

    + Inspect shipments to ensure compliance with **TSA security standards** .

    + Complete transactions in warehouse and distribution systems.

    + Prioritize and process orders based on leadership direction.

    + Monitor storage conditions and verify shipment temperatures.

    + Safely load trucks using pallet jacks and other equipment.

    + Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.

    + Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Ability to work overtime when necessary.

    + Physically able to lift **40–75 lbs** and operate pallet jacks.

    + Comfortable with extended periods of walking, standing, and data entry.

    + Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

    + Basic computer proficiency ( **Microsoft Office** ) and keen attention to detail.

    + Willingness to work in refrigerated environments with proper PPE.

    Preferred Skills

    + Forklift certification or experience.

    + Previous warehouse or distribution experience.

    + Familiarity with current GMP standards.

    + Background in pharmaceutical or clinical logistics.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in a distribution facility with loading docks and refrigerated areas. **Safety is our top priority** , and all necessary PPE will be provided.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35/hr.
