    Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description

     

    As a Set Up Technician, you will travel to various job sites in a company vehicle to set up modular trailers for commercial construction sites, shopping centers, schools, and events. You will efficiently and effectively use hand tools and power tools to ensure trailers are properly leveled, equipped with sturdy steps, ramps, and handrails, and have functioning doors, electrical, plumbing, furniture, HVAC systems, and WIFI.

    Responsibilities

    + Travel to job sites in a company vehicle to perform set up of modular trailers.

    + Use hand tools and power tools to level trailers and install access points.

    + Ensure doors, electrical, and plumbing are fully functional.

    + Install furniture and ensure HVAC and WIFI systems are operational.

    + Work standard hours Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm, with potential overtime for distant sites.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using construction tools such as power tools and hand tools.

    + Experience in construction, production, and troubleshooting.

    + Mechanical aptitude and skills in assembly and building.

    + Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR Check.

    + Must be 21 years old per DOT standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, drywall, installation, carpentry, and wiring.

    + Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot efficiently.

    + Initiative in making processes more efficient.

    + Experience in repair and maintenance of living spaces.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
