    Job Title: Machine Setter

    Job Description

    This role involves operating, overseeing, and ensuring the production of orders in a timely manner. You will be responsible for reviewing production orders and ensuring that each machine operates according to the daily production schedule. A thorough understanding of daily order specifications, including safety, quality, material, and order details, is crucial. You will ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and oversee machines to ensure production of orders on schedule.

    + Review production orders to ensure machines are running according to daily schedules.

    + Understand and adhere to order specifications, including safety, quality, material, and order details.

    + Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.

    Essential Skills

    + Preventive maintenance

    + Machine setup

    + Maintenance repair

    + Machine operation

    + Production troubleshooting

    + Mechanical skills

    + Injection mold setup

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge in repairs and maintenance of processing equipment and systems within a manufacturing facility.

    + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, equipment manuals.

    + 3-5 years previous experience in a relevant field.

    + Availability to work any assigned shift to meet production demands.

    + Experience in manufacturing process development and control.

    + Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
