    Pay: $40-$45 an hour

     

    Shift: 11pm-7am Monday-Friday

    Job Description

    The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Receiving Operation of Raw Material Warehouses, including the STAGE and RM Warehouse. This position requires collaboration with Supply Chain, Production, LPD, Labs, Customer Service, Quality, and Distribution Groups to ensure world-class service delivery.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage the small parcel inbound and outbound process, including handling Hazmat and International shipments.

    + Process all Material Destruction requests.

    + Coordinate the sampling of materials, including chemicals and raw materials.

    + Oversee the daily transfer of finished goods to the Distribution Center.

    + Conduct training for all Raw Material Warehouse Operators and maintain training records.

    + Manage the Return to Vendor process.

    + Prepare and provide all required reporting.

    + Conduct cycle counting of Raw Material Inventory.

    + Manage truck drivers and fleet.

    + Assist with WMS and new ERP Implementation.

    + Perform all other assigned duties.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse inventory, and production planning.

    + Strong planning and ordering experience in a warehouse or production setting.

    + Ability to lead a team effectively in a warehouse environment.

    + Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    + Knowledge of shipping and receiving, safety, warehouse operation, packing, picking, material handling, and RF scanning.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 5+ years of experience in a Warehouse/Distribution center capacity.

    + Strong interpersonal skills.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orangeburg, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
