    Job Title: Warehouse Lead

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced **Warehouse Lead** to oversee 3rd‑shift operations in our climate‑controlled facility, where we manufacture high‑quality valves. This role requires strong leadership experience in a warehouse environment and the ability to guide a production team toward meeting daily goals.

    Schedule & Compensation

    + **Shift:** 3rd Shift

    + **Hours:** 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    + **Pay:** $28.75/hr

    + **Overtime:** Excellent overtime opportunities available

    Responsibilities

    + Lead, supervise, and support the production team during 3rd‑shift operations

    + Oversee daily warehouse workflows to ensure efficiency and safety

    + Perform and supervise parts inspections to maintain quality standards

    + Communicate with team members and leadership to meet production targets

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment

    Essential Skills

    + Proven manager or lead experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

    + Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and direct a team

    + Familiarity with production processes and quality control

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Willingness to learn and perform detailed parts inspections

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

    + Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
