    Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description

     

    Join our manufacturing team where you will be part of a dynamic environment producing small metal parts for vehicles. Work alongside large stamping presses and small machine welding stations in a climate-controlled facility. As a Machine Operator, you will engage in a simple, repetitive 1-2 step process to ensure high-quality production.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate welding or press machines by placing small parts together and initiating the process.

    + Follow a simple diagram to execute tasks accurately.

    + Maintain high attention to safety and detail.

    + Communicate effectively and stay organized.

    + Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a 'no job is too small' mentality.

    + Stand for 10+ hours and ensure high attendance.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production settings.

    + Proficiency in machine operation and assembly.

    + Strong inventory and material handling skills.

    + Ability to lift over 30 lbs repeatedly.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to lift over their head repeatedly.

    + High level of initiative and commitment to attendance.

    Work Environment

    Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment, standing for 8-10 hour shifts. Although you will be working at your own station, you will be part of a collaborative team.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.28/hr.
