Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician role involves a blend of 70% mechanical and 30% electrical responsibilities. The technician will assist in the day-to-day upkeep of the facility, focusing on repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations. They will also be responsible for developing maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and keeping accurate maintenance records.
Responsibilities
+ Install, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC, and electrical/electronic equipment (240v - 480v).
+ Record repairs and maintenance performed.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
+ Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions.
+ Complete maintenance work by requested due dates.
+ Identify opportunities and take measures to reduce downtime and waste on plant equipment.

Work Environment
The facility is new and clean, with a brand new automated paint line system being added. Employees will work independently in a climate-controlled environment, although it can get hot during summer months.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $76280.00/yr.
