    Job Description

    Performs various plumbing assignments including installations, repairs and pipe replacements, fittings and plumbing fixtures to maintain the heating, water, gas, and drainage systems throughout the hospital.

    Job Responsibility

    + * Installs, maintains and replaces water, gas, steam, air, waste and vent, drainage and vacuum systems.

    + * Provides guidance and instructions to Plumber B and other personnel assigned to projects.

    + * Recommends and/or prepares purchase requests.

    + * Serves as a member of Fire Response Team.

    + * Assists contractors in shutdown of services and utility systems.

    + Performs related duties as required.

    *ADA Essential Functions

    Job Qualification

    + High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

    + Previous plumbing experience, required.

    + Ability to utilize portable and stationary power tools of the trade and read blueprints.

    + Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.

    The salary range for this position is $40.91-$43.63/hour
