The Industrial Maintenance Technician is

responsible for maintaining, repairing, and fabricating equipment to ensure

optimal production performance. This role requires strong technical skills in

welding, fabrication, print reading, and troubleshooting, along with a

commitment to safety and efficiency.

How You’ll Make anImpact

+ Performpreventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery andequipment.

+ Weld andfabricate metal components using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques.

+ Read andinterpret mechanical and electrical blueprints, schematics, and technicaldrawings.

+ Diagnose andtroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

+ Operate handtools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.

+ Maintainaccurate records of maintenance activities in SAP.

+ Adhere to OSHAsafety standards and company policies, including lockout/tagoutprocedures.

+ Collaboratewith production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipmentreliability.

WhatYou Bring

+ Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and metal fabrication.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical prints and schematics.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.

+ Knowledge of bearings, gears, belts, and other mechanicalcomponents.

+ Basic electrical knowledge, including circuits and wiring.

+ Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Strong commitment to safety and compliance.

+ Effective communication and documentation skills.

+ Computer literacy for SAP and work order management.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Experiencewith PLCs and automated systems preferred.

+ Previousexperience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
