    Description

    Qualifications:

    + Mechanically inclined with 3-5 years of applicable experience

    + Managing experience preferred

    + Able to work in hot environments

    **Hours:** C Shift

    Position Description:

    + In charge of maintenance employees, with a focus on quality workmanship, trouble shooting skills and safety

    + Manage the maintenance technicians in Rendering

    + Ensure the safety, motivation and productivity of those employees

    + Ensure that the Rendering machines and equipment are maintained to keep down time to a minimal.
