    Responsibilities

    + Lead and grow a team of B2B sales representatives.

    + Set clear goals, enforce accountability, and inspire performance.

    + Manage your own book of business while overseeing departmental success.

    + Develop strategies to scale revenue and elevate the sales function.

    + Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

    + Collaborate closely with leadership to align on growth objectives.

     

    Skills & Qualifications Required

     

    + Proven experience scaling a sales department and managing teams.

    + B2B experience with a growth mindset.

    + Hands-on leadership style with the ability to step back and strategize.

    + Motivated by results and financial success.

    + Familiarity with industries like industrial, automotive, or outdoor products.

    Work Environment

    Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role requires 20–30% travel for trade shows, with expenses covered.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
