    Seeking a Part Time Program Accounts Manager Home Delieverd Mealson our Glens Falls Corps Team

    SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:To direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the Glens Falls Corps.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

     

    • Support and uphold the Mission of The Salvation Army.• General Account Management:o Billing managemento Monthly invoicingo Order food and program supplieso Maintain and build relationships with vendors• Work hand-in-hand with the Corps Officers to ensure program is meeting deadlines andguidelines• Liaison between The Salvation Army and Warren County• Seek out all cost-effective options to save program money

    Qualifications

    SPECIAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment• General business administration and office management• Account management• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Ability to work independently with high degree of attention to detail• Superior time management and planning• Problem solver and solution driven
