One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team at our Hardin, MT clinic. If you're passionate about rural health care and want to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit community, this is the opportunity for you!
• About the Role
As a PA or NP at One Health, you will:
+ Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
+ Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services.
+ Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
+ Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention .
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.

+ No late evenings/nights or weekends, which mean great work-life balance. **Hardin clinic is open until 6:30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays** (maybe be required to be on call for critical labs, however, calls are usually minimal)

+ The One Health APP Transition to Practice Program is a 12 month structured program that provides education, mentorship, and support for new APPs

• Qualifications
+ Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP
+ Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience, DOT certification (or ability to obtain)
