Homecare Nurse - LPN or RN - $35 - $45 / hour

Pay :

+ LPN : $35/hour

+ RN : $45 /hour

What you'll need:

+ Active LPN or RN License issued by NYS

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in a home care setting.

+ Current CPR/BLS Certification

+ Empathy, Reliability , and a commitment to high-quality care

What you'll do :

+ Perform 1:1 patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.

+ Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.

+ Administer medications and other personalized interventions.

+ Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.

+ Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.

+ Must be able to lift 50lbs.

+ Must be able to stand/work for extended periods

+ Additional responsibilities as required.
