CTG is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Package Consultant with a focus on Core HR, and ideally additional exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security.

**Location:** Fairfax, VA

**Duration:** 12 months

In this role, you will advise clients on selecting and implementing packaged HCM solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. You will guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, from process design and configuration to testing and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and configure business processes within Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

+ Demonstrate and personalize solutions to meet client needs, including functional design and product customization.

+ Provide end-to-end support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

+ Collaborate with clients to integrate solutions into their existing business environment.

+ Conduct testing and validation to ensure alignment with client objectives and seamless system functionality.

Required Skills:

+ HCM Solution Design

+ Core HR Cloud expertise

+ Process design and functional configuration

+ Product personalization/customization

+ Testing and quality assurance

Nice to Have Skills:

+ Recruiting and Onboarding modules

+ Security configuration

+ Experience with broader HCM Cloud modules
