As an entry-level Program Coordinator, you’ll work side-by-side with senior leaders—including the Head of Employee Experience and the Head of Community Partnerships—on initiatives that are transforming how we engage our people and attract top talent to Equitable.

You’ll play a key role in organizing priorities, driving projects forwards and ensuring our teams are aligned and empowered to make a difference. Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain a dynamic priorities roadmap, identify risks and dependencies and help leaders stay focused on what matters most.
+ Create briefing materials, talking points and data summaries for key meetings—giving you exposure to high-impact conversations and decision-making.
+ Coordinate alignment across key stakeholders ensuring everyone is informed and decisions are documented. You’ll build relationships and learn how cross-functional teams collaborate.
+ Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, collect input, draft OKRs and track progress against goals. You’ll help set the direction for employee experience and social impact initiatives.
+ Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports. You’ll develop essential skills in organization, data analysis and reporting.
+ Assist in rolling out initiatives that make Equitable a destination for top talent, from onboarding enhancements to recognition programs.
+ Coordinate outreach and events with universities, nonprofits and community partners, helping to attract and nurture early career talent.
+ Establish and track candidate pipeline touchpoints, event outcomes, and partnership metrics, so you can see the results of your work and help drive continuous improvement.
+ Actively contribute to building and sustaining a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. You’ll help shape how we bring our values to life through employee experience and social impact initiatives.
+ Support weekly planning, organize meeting agendas, capture notes, track actions, and follow up to keep projects moving forward. You’ll see firsthand how strategic decisions are made and help turn ideas into action.
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ 1 years of corporate work experience
+ Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Internship or campus leadership experience
+ Demonstrated emotional intelligence; able to build trust, collaborate effectively and navigate diverse perspectives in a professional environment
+ Continuous learner—curious, adaptable, and eager to grow by embracing new challenges, skills and feedback in a fast-paced setting
+ Organization, time management and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple priorities
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills:
**Data Gathering and Reporting:** Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
**Data Integrity:** Knowledge of objectives, terminologies, and approaches of data integrity; ability to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in various business environments.
**Document Management:** Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way.
**Effective Communications:** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
**Managing Multiple Priorities:** Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
**Process Mapping/Flowcharting:** Knowledge of the concepts of process mapping; ability to carry out the documentation of current and proposed manufacturing processes to identify and make improvements.
**Project Administration:** Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
