WHAT YOU'LL DO:

+ Oversee commercial plumbing scopes on ground-up construction projects

+ Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, materials, and subcontractors

+ Work closely with general contractors, field leaders, and trade partners to ensure high-quality installations

+ Lead project kickoff meetings, coordinate manpower, and monitor jobsite progress

+ Maintain safety standards, documentation, and compliance requirements

+ Build strong relationships with clients and represent our company professionally on every project

WHAT YOU BRING:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in construction design, finance, and project management.

+ Strong knowledge of piping systems, code requirements, submittals, and project sequencing

+ Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents

+ Solid communication and leadership skills - comfortable working with field teams and GCs

+ Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation
