CTG is seeking to fill a Document Custodian Reviewer opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.
**Location:** Buffalo, NY
**Duration:** 3 months
Overview
The Document Custodian Reviewer conducts entry-level reviews of Institutional client documents, verifies data accuracy, and identifies exceptions in accordance with established custodial guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Review and match document data to the Document Custody tracking system.
+ Identify originals vs. copies and update system records.
+ Apply standard review criteria and document exceptions.
+ Adhere to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
+ Escalate risk issues and support audit and compliance requirements.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.
Scope of Responsibilities
Supports document custody operations by ensuring accurate, compliant, and complete file reviews.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities
None.
Education and Experience Required
+ Associate degree, or a combined minimum of 2 years of education/work experience.
+ Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
+ Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and solid alpha/numeric accuracy.
Education and Experience Preferred
+ Ability to work accurately under tight time constraints.
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
+ Ability to climb ladders/stools, bend for filing, and stand for extended periods.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
