CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst - ADM position for our client.

**Location:** Virginia Beach, VA

**Duration:** 12 months

Duties:

+ Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

+ Drive end-to-end requirement analysis and process improvement initiatives for telecom-based systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

+ Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and external clients, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of project goals and deliverables.

+ Identify, assess, and document business processes and workflows, recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

+ Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks, ensuring successful implementation of client solutions with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Skills:

+ Strong experience in the telecommunications industry.

+ Solid background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

+ Analytical thinking and leadership skills to bridge business needs and technology solutions.

+ Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio.

+ Exposure to SAFe Agile practices or formal SAFe certification (SA, SPC) preferred.

Experience:

+ Proven track record as a Business Analyst within telecom or related industries.

+ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
