CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst position for our client.

**Location:** Remote – Texas

**Duration:** 8 months

Key Responsibilities:

+ Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flows.

+ Facilitate workshops with business and cross-functional teams to validate requirements.

+ Analyze production support issues and recommend corrective actions.

+ Develop design documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.

+ Support user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities.

+ Contribute to process improvement initiatives and more efficient business processes.

+ Participate in software testing, including manual and automated testing, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ 10+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects.

+ Strong analytical, interpersonal, and technical writing skills.

+ Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, prototyping tools (Visio, Axure, Adobe Illustrator, SnagIt), and MS Office.

+ Expertise in production support issue analysis and SDLC.

+ Experience with JIRA (creating stories, test cases, execution, and reporting).

+ Advanced Oracle/SQL query skills.

+ Agile methodology experience preferred.

+ Experience with Salesforce projects and process improvement initiatives is a plus.

+ Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
