Job Title: Contractor – Senior Project Coordinator, Communications

Type: Contract

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Qualifications

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (operations, business administration, communications, or related)

+ 10+ years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary environment; pharma/biotech preferred

+ Strong coordination, analysis, initiative, flexibility, and recordkeeping skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication across geographies and levels

+ Digital-first mindset; comfort with web-based and digital tools

+ Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, Forms)

+ Experience with Genmab tools preferred (Concur, Workday, Veeva)

Responsibilities

+ Provide senior-level administrative and project support to the SVP, Communications & Corporate Affairs

+ Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses (Concur), and reimbursements

+ Support department budgeting, POs, invoices, vendor agreements, and contracting

+ Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain departmental files and records

+ Support internal communications projects and event planning (meetings, retreats, conferences)

+ Liaise cross-functionally and with Executive Assistants for executive travel/events

+ Create/edit Word, PowerPoint, and Excel materials

+ Serve as SharePoint site owner/administrator for department collaboration tools

+ Track milestones, draft agendas/minutes, and manage action items

+ Proactively manage workflows, anticipate conflicts, and meet deadlines

+ Represent the department with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
