Title: Reliability Engineer

Overview:

Our client a global leader in complex API development and manufacturing is looking to add a Reliability Engineer to their team. This candidate will have a high impact role in influencing plant reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop, implement, and continuously improve asset maintenance and reliability strategies

+ Identify and mitigate asset reliability risks impacting plant operations

+ Lead failure analysis, RCA/RCFA, and reliability modeling initiatives

+ Support maintenance and production teams with technical expertise

+ Participate in equipment design reviews, commissioning, and supplier evaluations

Requirements:

+ BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, operations, or production management

+ Experience in bulk pharmaceutical manufacturing and related support systems

+ Strong preventive and predictive maintenance expertise (vibration analysis, oil monitoring, thermography)

+ Working knowledge of CMMS

+ Lean / Six Sigma experience

+ Strong communication, documentation, and technical writing skills
