Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
+ Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
+ Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.
+ Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience with sophisticated performance advertisers or feed-based marketing.
+ Understanding across a broad range of Google Ad products across Search, App, YouTube, Display/Programmatic, and Google Marketing Platform.
+ Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize across multiple projects, drive multiple objectives simultaneously.
+ Excellent initiative and self-direction, paired with a resilient, curious approach to navigating high-ambiguity environments.
+ Excellent people-management and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster teamwork and maintain a solution-oriented approach.

In this role, you will collaborate with partners to deliver cross-channel solutions that achieve business objectives and drive adoption of Google solutions. You will influence across levels and functions to win hearts and minds, from marketing executives to analytics teams to merchandising or product. You will keep the client focused on outcomes and clear execution roadblocks. You will prospect for new budgets and opportunities. You will partner and mentor across an extended team to grow the business and grow each other.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
+ Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business issues and priorities.
+ Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
+ Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business goals.
+ Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and engaged offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
+ Accelerate customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
