As an Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of complex electrical systems and components. Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components
+ Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams
+ Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
+ Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices
+ Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
+ Manage project budgets and timelines
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
You Must Have:
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
+ 4 plus years of experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
+ Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects.

+ Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
+ Demonstrable ability and willingness to work in a team environment.
+ Ability to timely escalate issues and roadblocks to engineering management.
+ Ability to adapt and mold execution strategy as per project needs and changing priorities.
+ Willingness and ability to travel 40%.
+ 4 plus years of hands-on material handling industry experience.
