CAES by Honeywell in Lansdale, PA is seeking precision-driven problem solvers to join our elite team as a Production Test Technician. As a Production Test Technician, you’ll be hands-on with advanced electronic systems, validating their performance and durability under real-world conditions. Your role will directly support mission-critical applications, making you an essential part of our national security and space exploration efforts.
This position transitions to a weekend shift after training and includes a 15% shift differential once you’re on 4th shift. **Engineer precision** by developing test specifications, methods, and procedures from technical drawings, standard work, and detailed diagrams
**Be the voice of insight** by assisting in technical reports that summarize findings and recommend smart, actionable solutions to complex challenges

Minimum:
+ Willing to work weekend shift.
+ Minimum 1 year of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing environment OR equivalent electronics experience with a strong understanding of AC/DC theory.
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)
+ Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise).
+ This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred:
+ 2 plus years of **RF** test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
+ Ability to setup and know how to operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
+ Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
+ Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.
+ Active Security Clearance.
+ Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
+ Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
+ Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.
**Salary Range: Technician - Test - Level 2: $22.54 hr to $33.81 hr.** Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
