Description

Clearance:Active DoD Secret Clearance
Work Schedule:Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday
Role Overview:
The Management Analyst II provides advanced analytical and administrative support to program leadership. This role supports planning, reporting, and performance tracking across program activities.
Responsibilities include developing reports, tracking metrics, supporting audits, and assisting with customer deliverables and internal coordination.
General Skillset
+ Experience with Microsoft Office
+ Verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
+ Critical Thinking Skills
+ Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Specific Skillset
+ Experience analyzing program data and preparing reports to support contract performance management
+ Ability to manage and track KPIs and contract deliverables
+ Experience supporting Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
+ Familiarity with workforce utilization metrics and performance measurement
+ Knowledge of digital data management tools and reporting systems
+ Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
+ Experience supporting contract compliance and audit readiness
Requirements
Education & Certifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred)
Experience Requirements
+ 5–7 years of experience in management analysis, program management support, or related roles
+ Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal Government contracts preferred
