MED TECH – PCA (Personal Care Aide / Medication Technician) Starting at $18.00–$18.50/hr (based on experience) Full Time & Part Time Positions Available – All Shifts

What You’ll Do:
+ Assist residents with safe and accurate medication administration in accordance with NYS Department of Social Services (NYSDSS) regulations and facility policies
+ Maintain and monitor medication carts, ensuring cleanliness and compliance (including removing expired medications)
+ Safeguard and account for all medication keys, pagers, and controlled substances during shifts
+ Receive, document, distribute, and properly store medications from the pharmacy
+ Provide daily personal care assistance with activities such as dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, walking, and eating
+ Answer call lights promptly and complete unit rounds as scheduled
+ Monitor and record resident weights, reporting changes to staff as required
+ Support residents with laundry, bed-making, and maintaining clean and orderly living spaces

Qualifications
+ PCA certification required; Med Tech/Medication Technician training preferred
+ Previous experience in assisted living, adult care, or long-term care is a plus
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication safety procedures
+ Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to enhancing resident quality of life
