We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to assist our Finance and RESS organizations, working closely with senior leaders to advance business results through people strategy. This position functions within a complex, global matrix and demands a leader who can blend strategic impact with practical implementation. As a trusted advisor to Finance leadership, you will build and deliver HR strategies that enable organizational efficiency, talent scalability, and balanced growth.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will:
+ Collaborate with Finance senior leaders to define and complete people strategies aligned with business priorities, and operational excellence.
+ Act as a strategic collaborator with leadership teams while staying closely involved in daily operations.
+ Act as the primary liaison between the business and corporate HR functions, ensuring alignment, consistency, and impact.
+ Collaborate with the Finance leadership team to understand business strategies, assess organizational health, and compose actionable plans to build capabilities and support growth.
+ Lead organizational development, workforce planning, and talent planning efforts for Finance, including identifying skills gaps for critical roles.
+ Mentor managers at all levels on leadership efficiency, performance management, engagement, and change leadership.
+ Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
+ Guide leaders through performance improvement and talent decisions, balancing empathy with business needs.
+ Own HR metrics and analytics for supported organizations, identifying trends and translating data into insights and recommendations.
+ Lead the delivery of annual performance, compensation, and talent review processes, providing data-driven insights and challenging manager decisions when needed.
+ Support change management initiatives tied to business transformation, growth, or restructuring.
What we need to see:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a practical setting.
+ 12+ overall years of progressive professional HR experience, including significant client-facing HRBP work.
+ 4+ years of people management experience, with demonstrated success developing and leading HR professionals.
+ Proven experience using HR data and analytics to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
+ Expertise in compensation principles, performance management, and talent planning.
+ Experience in evaluating organizations, planning workforce needs, and developing organizational structures; experience in managing change is highly desirable.
+ Proven capability to establish trust, credibility, and sway with senior leaders in a global, multicultural environment.
+ Experience facilitating leadership discussions and supporting training or leadership development rollouts.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), and advanced Excel capabilities.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD.
