As an Operator – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in a security operations centers

Responsibilities of a Global Command Center Operator

+ Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity using Genetec

+ Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports

+ Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats

+ Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors using CCURE 9000

+ Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions

+ Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies

+ Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

+ 2+ years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment

+ 2+ years working with Genetec Video Software and CCURE 9000 Access Control

+ New York Security License

+ Interact with sites in multiple countries / multiple states

+ Be authorized to work in the U.S.

+ Strong report writing skills

+ Strong proficiency with technology
