We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Scientist - Equipment Lead** **to be onsite in Malvern, PA or Spring House, PA.
Purpose:
The Equipment Lead will be part of the Digital team and serve as a key partner to the Digital and Automation leadership team, driving strategic execution for Equipment and data management. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, and is passionate about enabling digital transformation through change management and strong partnerships committed to inclusion.
You will be responsible for** **:
Equipment Management including:
+ Drive strategic roadmap for Equipment
+ Integrating Analytical and Process Equipment to Global Data Systems
+ Metrology management for equipment including automation of daily calibrations
+ Implementation of equipment logbooks
+ Work with key users to drive governance and change management as Equipment owner
+ Ensure GXP compliance, support audits and drive data integrity for Equipment systems
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
+ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or other relative scientific field is required
+ Advanced degree is preferred
Required:
+ Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
+ Experience with GXP compliance
+ Experience in integrating Equipment to Global Data Systems
+ Strong project management skills and problem solving using new systems
+ Excellent organizational & planning skills, and must be detail-oriented
+ Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
+ Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or software validation
+ Experience with metrology systems
