Overview
Position Summary
The Performance Improvement Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting performance improvement initiatives across ambulatory services and assigned programs. This role partners with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to analyze performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance quality, safety, access, and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings experience in ambulatory care environments and strong program management skills to drive outcomes across multiple initiatives.
Qualifications:
+ Education: Accredited program in alignment with licensure requirements.
+ Experience: 0 years
+ Licenses/Certifications: Current applicable license in the state of practice in one of the following:
+ Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
+ Respiratory Therapist (RRT, CRT)
+ Occupational Therapist
+ Physical Therapist
+ Speech Language Pathologist
+ Medical Technologist (one of the following)
+ Blood Banking (ASCP_BB)
+ Chemistry (ASCP_C)
+ Cytogenetics (CYGT)
+ Hematology (ASCP_H)
+ Microbiology (ASCP_M)
+ Molecular Biology (ASCP_MB)
+ Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP_MLS)
+ Medical Technologist (ASCP_MT or AMT_MT)
