    Job Description

    Insight Global's client is seeking an Enterprise Scheduler to join their team. This is a three month contract with onsite requirements. This person will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

     

    1. Manage and Oversee Redwood RMJ Scheduler

     

    Ensure the overall performance, deployment, maintenance, and scalability of the Redwood RunMyJobs enterprise scheduling solution.

     

    2. Governance and Standards Compliance

     

    Define and enforce scheduling standards, security, and governance across all applications using RMJ, ensuring consistency and compliance.

     

    3. Support and Incident Management

     

    Provide 24/7 production support, troubleshoot issues, document root causes, and manage incidents through ServiceNow.

     

    4. Change and Upgrade Management

     

    Lead Redwood RMJ change processes, participate in CAB meetings, and oversee installations, upgrades, and migrations for complex environments.

     

    5. Training and Collaboration

     

    Conduct training sessions for application owners, collaborate with engineers and vendors, and guide teams on automation best practices.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3-4 years of experience in network administration, technology systems administrations, or related field in enterprise level environment.

    • Experience with RunMyJobs by Redwood.

     

    Basic scripting knowledge, preferably in Java. • Experience with Batch Scheduling Software such as SAP Redwood.

     

    • Proficiency in cloud applications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
