Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a Registered Nurse that will be responsible for preparing patients for treatments/surgeries, delivering intensive care to critically ill pediatric PICU patients with medical/surgical conditions, evaluating post-procedural care, and monitoring for life-threatening issues by assessing vital signs, labs, and deviations from baselines, documenting and reporting abnormalities. This person will safely operate and monitor advanced equipment (e.g., ventilators, monitors, defibrillators, EKG machines) for patients with central lines, arterial lines, and ventilators; communicate effectively with healthcare teams; educate patients/families on care plans, self-management, and follow-up; address psychological/cultural needs; recover patients from anesthesia/sedation; float to pediatric wards as needed; and assist with medical transports.

Skills and Requirements
At least one year of experience within the last three years working within an ICU
Will consider applicants with a combined minimum of 2 years neonatal ICU/pediatric ICU experience and ability to pass written PICU competency
Holds BSN from an accredited undergraduate university
Holds Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Holds Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
Holds an active Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) Certification
An Active RN License in any state in the US
Ability to obtain DHA Public Trust Security Clearance
