    Job Description

    We are seeking a Senior Golang Engineer. The work authorization is not specified and the pay rate is between $20-$29.

     

    This person will lead greenfield development of shared technology platforms, including a central messaging service (push notifications) and a streaming data platform. This is a Golang-focused role with responsibility for architecture, new features, and setting engineering standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Build and scale messaging and streaming systems for real-time data.

     

    Drive language and framework decisions; establish coding best practices.

     

    Collaborate across teams.

     

    Influence front-end standards and integration.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ years in software engineering; proven platform-building experience.

     

    Expert in Golang and distributed systems.

     

    Strong communication and leadership skills.

     

    Experience with cloud, containers, and CI/CD. React/TypeScript experience.

     

    Familiarity with streaming frameworks (Kafka, Pulsar, etc.).
