Job Description

Insight Global is looking or an AI Solutions and Analytics Director to join one of their AI Consulting clients. This person will provide technology direction, ensure project implementation, and utilize technology research to innovate, integrate, and manage technology solutions for a brand new org that is being built out. You will also significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects. As an AI Solutions and Analytics Director, you will define and drive the architecture vision for AI and platform solutions, establishing best practices for secure, scalable, and high-performance systems across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will lead AI enablement by designing and implementing capabilities such as data ingestion, model lifecycle management, and real-time monitoring to deliver actionable insights. This role involves architecting and developing automation pipelines and workflows using enterprise-grade platforms like Appian, Pega, and Camunda, while continuously evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies to keep solutions innovative and aligned with business goals. Additionally, you will manage a team of 150 AI and Analytics Engineers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Skills and Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in a data science, AI or ML industry

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field

- 2+ years working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) in production settings

- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, or agentic AI architectures

- Strong understanding of conversational UX and prompt evaluation metrics

- Experience with agentic frameworks in practice (LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, Pydantic, etc.)

- Ability to self-direct and build full stack prototypes to show thought process and work direction.

- Must be open to travel. - Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation or equivalent

- Knowledge of large-scale automation and workflow management or equivalent

- Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and developers

- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud

- Experience with specialization in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing and strong AI/ML focus
