Human Resources Coordinators (HRCs) are an essential part of our team, helping create a smooth, well-organized environment that supports employees, managers, and drivers at the location level.

Pay Rate

$19.00 per hour

Position Overview

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure contractual, legal, and internal requirements are met while helping day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

+ Ensure **contractual and legal mandates** are met

+ Maintain employee **files and records**

+ Prepare reports and schedules

+ Answer and route incoming phone calls

+ Prepare agendas and schedule appointments

+ Submit **payroll accurately and on time**

Requirements

+ High school diploma

+ **2 years of administrative experience** recommended

+ Experience with **Microsoft Office** , 10-key, and basic computer skills preferred

+ Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills

+ Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work independently

+ Strong **time management** and organizational skills

+ Ability to **multi-task** and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
