    **Location:** Louisville, KY | **Pay Rate:** $17.50 - $22.65/hour | **Schedule:** FT/M-F (4pm - 2am)

    About the Role:

    PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leading name in the Distribution industry, is seeking a Feeder Dispatch Admin with Driving to play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly. This position combines office-based dispatch coordination with hands-on field work — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing technology, communication, and physical activity. Your work ensures every trailer is accounted for, every driver is supported, and every shipment stays on track.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Respond to inbound and outbound feeder drivers via phone with accuracy and professionalism.

    + Perform trailer checks by walking outside to open, close, and verify the status of trailers — in all weather conditions.

    + Drive a company-provided vehicle to monitor and support feeder operations around the property.

    + Escort non-SIDA3 drivers safely on and off the premises.

    + Conduct Trailer Walk-offs and ensure the safety of walk-off personnel.

    + Balance administrative dispatch duties with physical outdoor responsibilities.

    + Maintain communication flow between the office, warehouse, and drivers to ensure smooth logistical operations.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Ability to physically open and close heavy trailer doors.

    + Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask accurately under pressure.

    + Excellent verbal communication and attention to numerical detail.

    + Valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.

    + Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

    + Positive attitude and professionalism when handling stressful situations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation operations.

    + Familiarity with warehouse or distribution center environments.

    + Strong situational awareness and safety mindset.

    **Pay Details:** $17.50 to $22.65 per hour
