    About the Role

     

    As an **Operations Specialist** , you’ll serve as the central hub of coordination for field teams, customers, and municipal partners. You’ll maintain accurate project records, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and help keep operations moving efficiently behind the scenes. Your ability to stay composed, detail-oriented, and service-driven will be key to the team’s success.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide administrative and operational support for water utility construction projects.

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation with regulatory and financial importance.

    + Interact daily with customers, vendors, and municipal officials — delivering professional service under all circumstances.

    + Manage data tracking and reporting using Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).

    + Support office workflows and project coordination to ensure timely completion of work.

    + Uphold high standards of communication, organization, and accountability across all tasks.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    + High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

    + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).

    + Ability to work **onsite** full-time in Short Hills, NJ (07078).

    Preferred:

    + Experience in construction, utilities, or other operational support environments.

    + Familiarity with regulatory recordkeeping and project documentation.

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
