    **Location:** El Paso, TX | **Pay Rate:** $14.50/hour | **Schedule:** 2nd shift, 1pm to 9:30 pm

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Order Builders to support a major player in the consumer products industry. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role where your work keeps shelves stocked and customers satisfied. If you're dependable, hard-working, and ready to move, we want to hear from you.

    What You’ll Do

    + Pull and build customer orders based on pick tickets

    + Use pallet jacks or forklifts to move products

    + Lift, carry, and stack products up to 50 lbs

    + Restock and rotate product for accuracy and freshness

    + Stage completed pallets for loading

    + Follow all safety and manufacturing standards

    + Work on your feet, constantly moving for 8–12 hour shifts

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + At least 6 months of general work experience

    + Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly

    + Comfortable with physical work: standing, squatting, reaching, and walking all day

    + Willing to follow safety guidelines and wear required gear

    Preferred:

    + Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks

    + Prior warehouse or order building experience

    + Forklift experience

    Safety and Dress Code Requirements

    + Temperature checks before entering facility

    + Face covering required at all times

    + Approved clothing: plain red, black, or grey t-shirt (no logos); optional non-logo baseball cap

    + Steel toe boots required:

    + 6” or higher

    + Puncture-resistant sole (Kevlar bottom)

    + Class 75 protective toe

    + Slip-resistant

    **Pay Details:** $14.50 per hour
