    Duties & Responsibilities

     

    + Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    + Must have initiative and consistency on the job.

    + Must have the ability to screen print Conductors, Dielectrics, Via Fill, Resistors and Capacitors. This entails setting up the machine, making adjustments based on self-inspection of prints.

    + Must know the production support process, proper disposition and/or reclaim methods of chemicals.

    + Must have the ability to do full trouble-shooting of equipment and or process.

    + Must have the ability to communicate and follow directions.

    + Examine printed objects for defects under a microscope

    + Keeps work area clean and safe.

    + Works independently and with other departments on special projects.

    + Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education, Certification, Experience

     

    + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or practical experience.

    + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manual.
