Overview
Position Summary:
The Sr. Associate supports the Investment Operations Director and Manager with processes, systems management and general operations tasks as delegated. This position will become very familiar with Prisma and MBOX processes, reporting, and forecasting for a large, high profile account. The ideal candidate is someone with an analytic attitude, proactive problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail They will work closely with Investment, Reconciliation and Client Operations teams.
Responsibilities
**Specific Responsibilities** :
+ Support Manager and Director with miscellaneous operations tasks and projects
+ Support Manager and Director in developing and building processes, trainings, team communications, as well as govern and enforce processes.
+ Pull and compile data on a regular and as needed basis
+ Work with Investment teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in buying platforms and provide system support as needed
+ Trouble shoot system spend issues with Investment teams for various budgets and billing deliverables
+ Support vendor invoice reconciliation deadline efforts by working closely with Investment and Reconciliation teams to trouble shoot invoice discrepancies and raise urgent issues in a timely manner.
+ Work with vendors and Finance team to raise vendor invoice payment issues.
+ Be the gatekeeper for providing Prisma/MBOX access to new users.
+ Manage new supplier code requests for Prisma/MBOX
Qualifications
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in Media Investment, Operations, Finance, Project Management or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or finance preferred
+ Understands and can meet deadlines
+ Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
+ Able to multi-task and take on a variety of projects
+ Must be pro-active, curious, creative problem solver
Required Skills:
+ Strong math and analytical skills
+ Knowledge of MediaOcean Prisma system preferred
+ Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Excellent project management skills
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must, including quality assurance checks of their own work
+ Willingness to learn and understand process
+ Strong ability to multitask
+ Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
+ Positive, proactive attitude
+ Able to work successfully with teams and different personalities

The benefits offerings listed are available to eligible U.S. Based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.
Compensation Range: $59,850.00 - $90,620.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
