ABOUT YOU
We’re seeking a Director of Infrastructure & Security to lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity programs. This role is responsible for ensuring our technology platforms are scalable, reliable, and secure while building high-performing teams that support business growth.
Reporting to the CIO, this leader will partner closely with executive leadership, the Risk Committee, and Technology teams to strengthen our infrastructure foundation, mature security operations, and proactively manage technology risk.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
+ Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise infrastructure across cloud, network, compute, storage, and end-user technologies
+ Ensure platform scalability, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency
+ Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures
+ Oversee infrastructure budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations
+ Build, lead, and develop high-performing infrastructure teams
+ Hire, coach, and mentor talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
+ Collaborate across Technology and business teams to ensure secure, well-designed solutions
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
+ 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
+ Deep experience in modern SaaS and cloud-based environments
+ Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and risk management
+ Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
+ Experience driving automation, process improvement, and operational maturity
+ Strong analytical and decision-making skills, using data and metrics to guide outcomes
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
