Our products support critical infrastructure by helping customers inspect, maintain, and protect underground assets. Envirosight is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Randolph, NJ operations. This role is responsible for the accurate handling, shipping, receiving, and documentation of materials, equipment, and finished goods. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse or logistics operations, is detail-oriented, and understands the importance of accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists

+ Inspect received materials for damage and report discrepancies

+ Accurately process receipts and shipments in the inventory or ERP system

+ Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation

+ Coordinate domestic and international shipments using approved carriers

+ Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, export requirements, and company procedures

+ Maintain organized inventory storage and staging areas

+ Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits

+ Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.) as required

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

+ Collaborate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to support on-time delivery

Required Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics

+ Strong understanding of shipping documentation, freight carriers, and inventory control

+ Experience using ERP or inventory management systems

+ Ability to read packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping instructions accurately

+ Comfortable lifting 25+ pounds and performing physical tasks throughout the workday

+ High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

+ Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

+ Forklift certification or prior forklift experience

+ Experience shipping high-value equipment or technical products

+ Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes

+ Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $41,400.00 - $62,200.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
